How do I change how my account statements are sent to me in the Mobile App?

This can be done through the Mobile App if you are the primary owner on the account. If you currently receive paper statements and want to switch to electronic statements OR have electronic statements and want to return to paper, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to the FAIRWINDS Mobile App
  2. Select the More screen
  3. Choose Statements
  4. Select Change Delivery Preference

This will update the delivery preference for both your credit union account(s) and credit card statements (if applicable).
